Review:A few of the companies were quite aggressive with trying to secure my business, but were sending impersonal template emails, whereas with Swift I received one email from Mathew, the director, thanking me for getting in contact and saying if we needed any info to let him know. They also had one of the most competitive prices.When we instructed Swift, they attended the property quickly, and the survey we received was very detailed, with lots of photographs to illustrate the issues raised. Mathew was also available for any questions we had about the survey as well as recommending the best next steps to take.

RICS Valuations
Rest assured, all of our surveyors are RICS qualified and registered valuers to ensure we provide an expert assessment of your home's current market value.
Our team will produce a valuation report that meets the criteria set out by Help to Buy Wales or Target HCA. This will then be sent to your inbox within 24 hours of the inspection to help you through the process.
RICS Home Survey Level 2
Previously known as a Homebuyer Report, the RICS Home Survey level 2 involves a visual inspection of the property. It is suitable for most types of houses, bungalows or flats that are in reasonable condition and constructed from common building materials. The report will highlight any defects and urgent matters ensuring you know the exact condition the property is in prior to the purchase.
We will provide an internal and external inspection of the property to assess all areas. There will also be a non-invasive test for damp using a moisture metre. The resulting report will highlight any risks to the property or issues that must be raised with your legal advisors. We can also include a reinstatement cost and a market valuation of the property if requested.
