RICS Home Survey Level 2
Our RICS Home Survey Level 2 is a visual inspection of the property, providing an overview of the condition of the home. This provides an expert account of the property’s condition, highlighting any significant problems. Following the survey, you will be given a report with our findings, complete with easy to understand ‘traffic light’ rating system.
This type of survey is best suited for more modern homes, built of conventional materials and in good condition.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
Our RICS Home Survey Level 3 is a more in-depth and comprehensive look at the property, providing you will a detailed report. This will include a detailed picture of the property’s construction and condition, including roof, chimney, wall, floor, ceiling, door and windows.
The findings in the report can prepare you for any work required on the home and give you an idea of whether the property is a worthwhile investment, enabling you to make an educated decision on the purchase.
Level 3 surveys are recommended for older and unconventional homes, in addition to any properties in poor condition or that have undergone extensive work.
Snagging Survey
If you need a snagging survey, here at TMB Estate Consultancy, we can assist you with this. Our team is trained to carry out visual inspections of the internal and external areas of your new property.
They can spot any areas of concern and this will be highlighted in the snagging report provided to you after the inspection. Our team is always on hand to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
