RICS Home Survey Level 2
If you’re buying a property that is fairly modern, built using common building materials and remains in good condition, you will need Torus Surveyors to carry out our RICS homebuyer report.

RICS Home Survey Level 3
Our building survey is suited to older properties that have or plan to have major renovation work carried out. The building survey is the most comprehensive and in-depth survey on offer as it examines the interior and exterior condition of the property.
