RICS Home Survey Level 2
The Level 2 survey used to be called the HomeBuyer Report. It’s most suited for properties built less than 50 years ago and in good condition. The survey will look at the exterior and interior of the property you plan to buy to ensure there are no hidden defects or damage.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The Level 3 survey is the most in-depth survey available and will offer a detailed examination of the property’s structure and condition. Best suited for older or unconventional properties, the level 3 survey will provide an easy to read report.
Valuation Survey
We can also provide buyers and sellers with a RICS Valuation Report. It’ll give you an impartial and accurate market valuation for the property. You’ll know you’re paying the right amount or charging the right amount.
