Our RICS home buyers report is designed for property’s that aren’t listed or old buildings, still in a good condition, and were constructed with widely available building materials. We will carry out an assessment on the condition and structure of the house you’re going to be buying.
We will search for hidden damage and defect that will become a problem now and later down the line. We will carry out an in-depth examination of the interior and exterior of your property, including looking at timber defects, internal walls and partitions, main walls and insulation.
We will present our results in an easy to read report, highlighting areas of concern and essential repairs. A RICS regulated chartered surveyor will provide you with our expert opinion on how to fix the repairs and a guideline of accurate costs.
If your house is a listed building, built with older and unique materials and has had reconstruction work done, you will need our Building Survey. Our extremely thorough survey will be carried out by a professional RICS regulated chartered surveyor.
We will offer a more in-depth examination than our homebuyer report. We will look at roof coverings, roof space, external decoration, fireplace and many other places that’ll be hard to reach yourself.
We will provide your property with a condition rating depending on how urgent repairs are and advise you how to best fix these issues along with how much they’re going to cost. Trinity Rose will then present the results of our in-depth assessment in a jargon-free report.
