Compare House ClearanceRICS Homebuyer Report
Suited towards a wide range of conventionally built homes in reasonable condition, the Homebuyer Report will provide you with the details of the property’s construction and condition.
The Homebuyer Report will include a general inspection of the property to reassure you about the condition of the property and give you the opportunity to save money by negotiating the price based on our findings.
Our residential surveys will detail any required repairs and areas of the property which will require ongoing maintenance. This is the minimum level of report recommended for most properties.
RICS Building Survey
The Building Survey is the most comprehensive of the reports, going into a greater level of detail and advice with regard to cause and remedy of any issues or potential problems that could arise. This is recommended for properties which are larger in size, older, run-down or of non-conventional construction.
Many minor defects which would not be included in the Homebuyer report are covered in the Building Survey report, in addition to advice on any defects in areas which are hidden from view.
We ensure you understand everything you need to know before committing to purchasing a property. It is essential that you are aware of the condition of the property and that you are paying the right price.
