Yorkshire Property Services’ home buyers report is best suited for modern properties that haven’t had any reconstruction structural work carried out and remain in a good condition. A RICS regulated chartered surveyor will carry out a thorough and detailed examination of the property’s condition and structure, externally and internally.
We will carry out a visual inspection of the services such as gas, boiler and the electrics and highlight any concerns and repairs that are needed. As we provide you with a list of issues that could potentially affect the property’s value, we will include in our homebuyer report a valuation of your property as well.
