Bonus Account terms & conditions

By taking the Compare My Move Limited ("Compare My Move") Bonus Account and signing and completing the Bonus Account Authorisation form;

You authorise Compare My Move Limited to make a recurring debit from the debit/credit card details that you provide.

You give Compare My Move permission to debit your account for the total amount indicated or the amount indicated of one lead type should it run out of credit before the other if more than one lead type has been selected by you, as agreed to on the Compare My Move website as and when your Compare My Move Bonus Account needs to be put into credit in order to receive Leads in accordance with the terms of the authorisation granted below;

You acknowledge that you are authorising Compare My Move to make recurring debits from the account stated until such time as you notify us that you wish to cancel this recurring payment authorisation. You may cancel your recurring payment at any time, without notice by doing so in writing to accounts@comparemymove.com

You certify that you are an authorised user of the debit/credit card you provide for payment.

You acknowledge and agree that Compare My Move is authorised but not obliged to take payment from your credit/debit card and it is your responsibility to ensure that your Compare My Move Pay as You Go account has sufficient credit from time to time to receive Leads.

You acknowledge that a free lead allocation of 10% will be applied to your Compare My Move account each time your payment is processed subject to no regular interruptions to payments due to transactions being declined.

Regular failed payments will result in the free lead allocation and recurring payment facility being removed. Compare My Move reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your Bonus Account facility at any time, without notice; and

You acknowledge that you will not dispute any payments collected in accordance with this authorisation with your debit / credit card company throughout the period that this authorisation remains effective.

Modification of these terms of use

Your continued use of the Compare My Move Bonus account constitutes your agreement to our terms and conditions. Compare My Move reserves the right to change these terms and conditions under which the services through the Bonus Account are offered at any time.

Compare My Move recommends that you periodically review these terms and conditions to take notice of any changes that may be introduced from time to time.
