You will need a licensed conveyancer to look after the legal side of buying a house. After gathering the contract pack and documents from the seller’s conveyancer, we will enquire about carrying out property, drainage and local authority searches to find out vital information on the property.
We will exchange contracts with the seller’s conveyancer and then agree on a completion day that everyone agrees on. Once this has happened, you will be the legal owner of the property with your ownership being registered with the Land Registry.
When you’re selling your house, you will need to instruct us to begin your case once you accept an offer from the buyer. We will put together the contract pack with the fixtures and fittings form for the buyer to check over.
We will sort out exchanging contracts and plan completion day on your behalf. You will receive the funds from the transaction on completion day and the buyer will be the new official owner of your house.
