As soon as your offer has been accepted, you will need to instruct us to begin your case. We will handle all the legal paper work that’s related to the property such as receiving the fittings and fixture form from the seller’s conveyancer.
We will enquire about important property searches such as local authority and environmental searches which will give you vital information regarding the area that you plan to live. We will liaise with your mortgage lender and the seller’s conveyancer to receive crucial information on the case.
As your conveyancer, we will exchange contracts and with the seller and their conveyancer, we will agree on a completion date.
Sale
You will need to instruct us to begin the conveyancing process as soon as you accept the buyer’s offer. You will have a dedicated licensed conveyancer assigned to your case, offering their expert legal advice throughout the process.
We will gather the necessary legal documents relating to the sale of your property and send these to the buyer’s conveyancer for signing. More importantly, we will draft the contract before exchanging with the buyer’s conveyancer as well as agreeing on a day to complete.
You will receive the final funds from the sale on completion day.
