We remain professional but friendly throughout your conveyancing case, keeping in contact with you throughout the process.
When you’re buying a property, it’s important to hire a conveyancer to help you with the legal side of the purchase. We will begin your case once your offer has been accepted from the seller. First, we will check over the legal documents gathered from the seller’s conveyancer.
We also carry out local, property and environmental searches around the area of the property to learn of any important information that could affect your decision to buy the property. Finally, we will exchange the contracts after checking they’re correct, arranging a date for completion.
On completion day you will be the official owner of the property, receiving the keys from the seller.
You will need a licensed conveyancer to help with the legal aspect of selling a house. You’ll need to instruct us to begin your case when you’re happy to accept an offer. We will begin by preparing a draft contract which will include the fittings and fixtures form, sending this to the buyer for confirmation.
As your conveyancer for selling your house, we will exchange the contracts and plan a date for completion. Only once completion day has been a success can you move out of the property and allow the buyer to move in.
You will receive the final funds from the purchase on completion day and our case will be completed.
