Horrendous took 5months for a chain free purchase. Had to chase them for everything. They also do not respond to emails and barely calls. It took 3months of no contact at all until I called every number they had over 10 times to get a response. Completion I tried to do over 4 times and when we finally got a day it didnt even happen because the contract was wrong. That no one seemed to pick up all the months before. Cant make it up. Has to be one of the worst experiences of my life. I was worried my offer would run out. One small saving grace is when they assigned me Karen. She tried her best and responded to calls and we eventually completed. However the company is abysmal. They also was not clear about the charges. A 800 quote was almost 2000 by the end. This company was abismal from start to finish. Employed them at the end of january and they didnt even start the case until march due to calling and getting on their case. The situation only got worse from there. They use hoowla and as per requested i uploaded everything they needed on there. Despite this they did nothing for another month. Mid april i spent an entire week phoning and emailing trying to get in contact. It was only 2 days before the date i should have gotten the keys that they seemed to do anything. Even this was such a challenge. Due to their negligence and delays i did not get the house on the original date. I got the house 5 days later after much arguing and having to pay extortionate hidden fees. They threatened to close the account if i did not pay. When asking questions staff sent emails which were worded in ways that you could not understand. In additon to this they do not pick up the phone. What could have been sorted in a quick phone call ended up being an entire day of back and forth emails. The overall job was diabolical.
