After the offer you made on a house has been accepted, Graysons Solicitors will begin your case. We will begin by completing the fixtures and fittings form once you have agreed to this. Next, we will carry out vital property and area searches to highlight any concerns.
We also exchange contracts and agree on a completion day that suits both parties involved in the transaction. We remain in contact with you throughout the purchase of the property and will update you when progress is made during your case.
We have many years of experience during our time in the business, remaining professional and flexible throughout your case.
Sale
Conveyancing is a vital service when it comes to selling your house. Graysons Solicitors help with the legal side of things on the sale of a property. As soon as you’ve accepted an offer on your house, you will need to instruct us to begin your case.
We will get together the necessary paper work and legal documents that are required in the sale of your house. We will first send over the contract pack that includes the fittings and fixtures form across to the buyer’s conveyancer, so they are clear what is included in the sale.
As your conveyancer, Graysons Solicitors will organise when to exchange contracts as well as a date for completion. Only once you’ve completed will the buyer be able to move in to the house. You will then receive the final funds from the sale.
