You’ll need to use LegalZoom when you’re buying a house and your offer has been accepted. We will begin your case by maintain legal documents from the seller’s conveyancer for the purchase. Then we enquire about area, environmental and property searches to find out important details.
We will exchange contracts with the seller’s conveyancer and plan a day for completion. On completion day you will become the legal owner of the property, with your ownership being registered with the Land Registry.
When you’ve accepted an offer on your house, you’ll need us to begin your conveyancing case. We will liaise with the buyer’s conveyancer to receive any relevant documents for the sale of the house. We will then draft the contract and send it over to the buyer’s conveyancer for checking over and signing.
Once everything has been agreed on, we will exchange contracts with the buyer’s conveyancer and organise completion day. On completion day you will receive the funds from the transaction, handing the keys over to the buyer.
