We begin by gathering the legal documents needed for the purchase such as the contract and the fittings and fixtures form. Once you have checked over the contract and agreed everything is there, we will send it back to the seller’s conveyancer.
As your conveyancer for the purchase of property, we will enquire about local, environmental and property searches to find out vital information on the house and area. We also exchange contracts with the seller’s conveyancer and plan a date for completion.
We remain in regular contact with you throughout your case, updating you when any progress is made.
