When your offer has been accepted on the house, you will need a conveyancer to help you legally buy the house. Murray Hill Solicitors will begin your conveyancing case by sorting out the legal documents related to the purchase and liaise with the seller’s conveyancer.
We will arrange local authority searches to find out important information regarding the area around the property, at this point it could affect your decision to go ahead with the purchase.
We will exchange contracts on your behalf and plan a date for completion where you will be the official owner of the property with the Land Registry.
When you’re happy with an offer on your house and have accepted it, you will need to instruct us as your conveyancer to begin your case. We will liaise with the buyer’s conveyancer to exchange contracts and organise a day for completion.
We will handle the funds from the transaction and send you over the final sale funds. At this point the buyer will be the official owner of your property.
