At My New Move, we offer free Home Buyers Protection Insurance to give you peace of mind throughout the process. From breaking down our conveyancing quotes to completion day, we're always here to help.
When you’re buying a house, you will need to hire a professional and accredited conveyancer or solicitor to help with the legal side of the process. Once your offer has been accepted, My New Move will begin to gather the legal documents required for the purchase of the house.
Once we have liaised with the seller’s conveyancer to gather the necessary documents and signatures, we will enquire about conveyancing searches with the relevant third-party services. These searches will highlight any major issues regarding the house and the area.
Next, we will exchange contracts on your behalf with the seller’s conveyancer and start to plan a date for completion. We will register you as the official owner of the property with the Land Registry once the purchase is complete.
Once you have accepted an offer on your house, you will have to instruct My New Move to begin your conveyancing case. Our first job will be to begin the draft contract to be sent over to the buyer’s conveyancer. This will include the fittings and fixtures form which will state what will be in the house for the buyer when they move in.
We will exchange contracts with the buyer’s conveyancer and agree on a completion day. Once the sale has completed, you will receive the funds from the transaction and will have to move out of your house for the new owner to move in.
