When you’re buying a house, you will need a residential licensed conveyancer. Once your offer has been accepted, we will act on your behalf by carrying out the legal paper work that comes with buying a house.
Our first job is to receive the contract pack from the seller’s conveyancer and check the contents. We will solve any queries you have and start to carry out our local and property searches. We will update you when any progress is made.
As your conveyancer, we will exchange contracts with the seller on your behalf and agree on a completion date with everyone involved. Once everything is complete, we will transfer the deposit and final funds to the seller’s conveyancer.
At PCS Legal, we are proud to offer our legal and expert advice when you’re selling your property. Our first job after you’ve accepted the buyer’s offer is to carry out identity checks and sending out required forms to be signed.
As your conveyancer when selling a house, we will start to put together the draft contract and send it over to the buyer’s conveyancer. We will keep in regular contact with you and the seller’s conveyancer, updating you whenever progress is made in your case.
We will exchange contracts and agree on a completion date on your behalf. Once agreed, we will transfer the funds to you on completion date from the buyer.
