You’ll need a licensed conveyancer or conveyancing solicitor to help you sort out the legal aspects of buying a house. Our job will start once the seller has accepted your offer on their house. As a fully regulated conveyancer, we will conduct property and local searches and direct any queries you have to the seller’s conveyancer.
As your conveyancer, we will also contact seller’s conveyancer and sort out exchange of contracts as well as arranging a completion date in order for you to become the legal owner of the house. We will be easily contactable and update you when progress is made.
We will offer our expert and legal advice during the process of buying your house. Redman Solicitors will remain supporting you throughout the process, updating you when it’s necessary.
Sale
When selling your house, it’s essential to get help from a licensed conveyancer or conveyancing solicitor for the process. Once you’ve accepted an offer on your house, we will start by having you fill in fittings and contents form and send these over to the buyer’s conveyancer.
We will prepare the draft contract to also be sent over to the buyer’s conveyancer for signing, answering any queries that the buyer has, exchanging contracts and agreeing for a completion date. We will be in contact with you whenever an update happens.
Once the transfer deed has been signed, as your conveyancer, we will ensure the sale funds are transferred to you.
