Review:Our experience was difficult from the get go and really depended on who we were dealing with.Reception were often unhelpful and at worst, rude.Our original case handler was incompetent, when we complained to be fair we were reassigned and the process became smoother from there however the overall experience was disappointing - at its worst we were metaphorically tearing our hair out. With such a stressful life event I just wish we had gone elsewhere in all honesty. It wasnt what was advertised.
