Absolutely terrible company. Avoid at all cost I had to appoint a new solicitor after 4 weeks. You will never be able to contact them and never return your call.

In the three months to date they haven't answered their phone. I have been emailing regarding updates and have recently discovered my case worker is no longer there. My estate agent has also emailed several times to no avail. I have managed to get a trespasser when emailing the new business email. A new conveyancer has recently taken on my case, fingers crossed they are a little more efficient

Disappointed in all areas sadly. Nice people to speak to but clearly overwhelmed and unreliable with both processing things and even more so with returning emails. Contacting by phone was not possible once in the three months the case was allocated to them. In the end I withdrew my offer and will pursue another property with another conveyancer.

This was a simple conveyance ,I am a cash buyer i didn't need any searches doing ,the property was empty so no chain involved ,I was told by the estate agent that contracts had been sent to my solicitor on the 8th July ,having not heard anything I chased my solicitor up I then received the contract for me to sign and return on the 20th July ,which I did on that day I asked then when will completion be and have rang a number of times to be told my case handler will call me back 29thJuly today still not had a call back ,now two men have lost a weeks work because they can't get into the property to start work Thanks alot
