Review:We were moving from Southampton to East Devon having been in the same place for 14 years. We'd never used a removals company before and, with an upright piano and plenty of musical instruments to shift, I'll admit to a little nervousness. With that in mind, I can't praise 1st Choice enough. The video survey was thorough and professional, communication was fantastic... and on the day, Tom and Steve were fantastic - they made the tricky part (the piano) look easy at either end, we're just the sort of good natured helpful chaps you'd want to have around during a home move, and... I've left it until we've been through every box before writing this... no breakages at all!

Review:Very pleasing experience: a thorough and accurate survey done via FaceTime call. The team of two arrived at 08.30 and could not have been more friendly, communicative and respectful of the rental property we were moving from and too. They used floor and door protection and left no marks anywhere. The move was over two days and was made a less stressful experience thanks to 1st choice. Absolutely recommend.

Very quick to load up and all out of old house within 3 hours . Review:I would highly recommend 1st Choice. The quote was comprehensive and explained all the insurances and how everything was going to be packed. On moving day they turned up on time and took care with all our possessions, which all arrived intact in the new house. The guys were really friendly and professional. The only improvement I think they could make to their service is to give you a call a week or two before the move to reconfirm the arrangements.

Review:The removal men were very accommodating and helpful, but the estimator must have originally underestimated our move and on the second day, the office and manager told the two poor men to just do what they could and leave anything that wouldna??t fit in the van. Luckily I hadna??t paid them in advance and refused to do so until they actually took everything that wea??d been quoted for. We couldna??t leave the house with a garage full of items because we were completing the sale the following morning!
