Review:Removal 360 were great from beginning to end. We had an initial call to discuss moving. Then all arranged by email. I had two stops. One to my new residence. The second drop was at another address where I was storing my other furniture and boxes. Shan was so accommodating. I had more stuff then I realised but he was so flexible and gave me guidance. They also arrived with some packaging to keep my furniture and boxes safe in transit. Couldnt recommend them enough and have already recommended them to a friend.

Review:First, the hourly rate is higher than the others. When I quoted, I asked if they charged hourly and if I had to list out how many things I have. I said only come if you charge hourly instead of asking me to list out everything. When they arrived, they requested 50 more saying the things are too heavy and were not mentioned in the quote. They didnt even tell me how much extra they need before they start moving. I have asked several times and they finally told me how much more it would be.I requested them not to move the extra stuff and they ignored me, moved everything and asked for the extra pay.

Review:I was told over the phone very clearly that the quote was a fixed price for the entire job of moving the contents of my flat, regardless of journeys required. However, on the moving day and once the van was fully loaded and not everything was able to fit it, I was told that the quote was for a fixed price for one journey, which was laughable and completely contrary to what I was told. I had no choice but to pay up and then I had to hire another van myself to go back and collect the remaining contents of my flat. When I complained to the company about this and exchanged emails with the person who had lied to me on the phone, I was told that my complaint couldna??t be dealt with for at least 5 weeks as the only person who could deal with my complaint was out of the country - a highly unsatisfactory response and quite frankly ridiculous. I would not recommend this company at all.

Review:Not very good. Seem good value at first but then charge extortionately for all extras (which they either quoted for less initially or wouldn't agree the price for). The movers themselves were late and the job was done flimsily. If I had anything of any value I would not use them.

Review:this was an international move. This company did well to communicate until the day of the move. Packing went well too.
Things became very stressful when I discover that the transport abroad had been subcontracted. A Polish van came to load. When I asked about the second driver, I did not get a clear answer and I later found out there was only one. This created problems to unload as I had to find people on site to do it.
Besides I have been charged A?670 extra to original quote for last minute crossing which I accepted. This is a lot of money now that I know that the crossing was only booked one way as the van did not return to the UK.
