Review:Having a row at 7am outside my front door with neighbours hearing. Broken & damaged furniture not reimbursed. Sent 2 small vans and 3 men for a 3 bed house and was with me till 1am as they couldnt re assemble the two wardrobes they took part. Put a tub on paint on the very top of everything in my shed and it fell covering everything. So much damage and stress. Have moved many times before and never had and experience like this. Only give you half the amount of boxes that other companies quote, no paper and have to argue for a roll of bubble wrap and tape. Also make you pay the whole balance before they unload your possessions!!

Review:Unfortunately, although the guys worked hard on the day, it was needlessly long and stressful. I had booked well in advance with an online assessment of the inventory and received a competetive quote for 20 boxes and 2 Luton vans plus packing service. I followed this up with detailed videos of my entire contents, including opening every cupboard and drawer and following this the quote was altered to 30 boxes but still two Luton vans.The day before my move the guys turned up to pack but were running very late and didn't come until 7:30pm. When they arrived they were shocked at "how much there was to pack". I explained that I had sent the detailed videos (20+ minutes showing and explaining everything). To be fair, they managed to pack 30 boxes before they left around midnight but they were well short. They said they would come at 8am the next day but they were late because they had to go and get another 40 boxes! 40 more boxes needed to be packed and loaded and we were supposed to be out by 12pm! We ended up leaving at 4:30pm with stuff just being chucked into boxes without organisation. Oh and we needed to make a second trip so it was 3 Luton vans and I had to pay more on the day
