Great team. They were polite, well organised and nothing got broken. They did the job in record time. It was seamless, hassle free and not at all stressful. Arrived on time, got stuck in, even helped move stuff out of the new house left behind by the occupants. Have moved more than 8 times and this was the best ever. They even sent someone over to check what I was moving so I had the right size vehicle on the day - unlike others who quoted within minutes and wanted to use a panel van! Their price was right on the button.

Lost items, some of sentimental importance
Refused to leave unless I went I paid in cash, which I did not have. As a single young female, this made me feel very threatened. Walls were all scratched.
When I booked my removal a few weeks in advance, the company asked me what I would be moving. Obviously I could only provide a rough number of boxes and bags as I had not packed everything yet. However the company decided to take these rough figures as gospel and on the day charged me an extra £15 because I had "extra items". In actual fact I had the same number of items (fewer boxes and more bags) and there was still plenty of room in the van. You get what you pay for I suppose, and clearly I didn't pay for common sense.
Despite undergoing an at-home assessment of my property and accepting a quote based on this survey, I had to pay an extra £50 on the day to cover items apparently not on my original quote. Also, despite stating they would accept card payments, I was required to pay in cash on the day. In addition, the movers broke a couple of items in a box clearly marked Fragile.
The driver on the day was helpful but very grumpy and unhappy when had seen all the stuff we wanted to move. On the end I cannot complain about him and he help me a lot. Thank you for this.
The worst experience was with the person who was responsible for setting up the amount I have to pay.
The agreement was that I must pay £65.00 deposit which I did. I have been informed that I must pay £65.00 per hour and the minimum are 2 hours. I agreed to all of the requirements.
The van arrived at 6am, but I was charged for it from 5:40.
We finished moving our stuff at around 11am, but I have been informed I must pay £300.00 on the top of the deposit. I talked to the person over a driver's mobile phone, but he was very unpleasant and told me the details I was not aware before I have booked them, for example that they charge £65.00 per hour but we must pay for 5 hours despite we used them only for 5 (andit looked like deposit was not included on the end; it was extra fee).
I must say it was very bad experience and once again not with the driver but with the admin person.

I was charged £600.00 for the removal including waiting. I thought was very expensive.
Everything went wrong. They’re giving you a good price and then they want to charge you more. We ended up having to book another company at the last minute to complete the move. Also they didn’t finish the assembling and the put the sofa wrong which we had to fix ourselves.
