We order the packing, removal and storage service. We were extremely happy all round - our belongings were handled with care and removal day was efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Driver and Porter excellent, moving day fell through once my goods were on the truck, company then charged me another A?1200 to redeliver, the truck never went to my new house, so how they can say it was redelivery is a bit of a stretch, left my old home and went straight back to their yard 10 miles away, felt a bit like I was held hostage, as they had my property in their truck so I wasn't left with much option, Read more

Great customer service and on the day the moving team were very friendly, helpful and got straight in with getting the job done. Very professional company.

Our belongings were damaged and nothing was protected like promised. They even tried to charge more on the day cos they had forgotten to provide wardrobe boxes before moving day so I was not able to pack our clothes in advance. We were already paying A?1800.00

I explained I had two small children and that my one yr old would be with me on move day. I asked if there was an area I could stay out of their way for the first part of the day. I.e. One room to keep the door closed as it was freezing. They said "no"

I asked why are expensive TVs were not being protected and I was told that they would be "banged in between our mattresses" (mattresses weren't protected either).

I may as well have paid a man with a van price as this was the type of service we received. Non professional and inconsiderate of families.

Everyone knows moving house is stressful, the guys that came to move house were wonderful, really helpful, very careful with our possessions and very friendly. I have every confidence that out stuff will be safe in storage and look forward to getting into our permanent home in 2018. Advanced removals were also the cheapest company by a fair way. Thought they were a bit pricey as it was an easy move over very short distance. But they responded to my enquiry, had good customer service & on the day they were very good.
