Thankyou so much for a stress free move. We were moving my Mum from Norfolk to Kent. Dave and Liam were really friendly and totally professional. They were punctual (slightly early in fact) and just got on with job. No fuss and nothing too much trouble. At the new flat, everything was put where we asked.
Booking through Gill was really easy and the quote was considerably less than all others we tried!

Fantastic service. First van broke down but the guys were really helpful and we repacked the replacement van. The customer services were also really good to resolve very quickly.

I'm a disabled former serviceman with mobility problems and lived in a small bedsit, but still had all the 'stuff' like I lived in a 2 bedroom flat. All the quotes I had to move did not include ANY packing nor taking my bed apart. ALJ where cheaper than all the others, more than half as much than the most expensive quote, who told me when THEY would do it !
ALJ turned up on time, were not phased by the amount of packing to be done, (I'd done what I could), took the bed apart and moved me with no fuss or hassle, putting the bed together at the new flat too !

I moved from a first floor flat over a pub and because of the layout and a tight space at the bottom of the stairs, it was never going to be an easy move, plus there was time constraints due to pub opening times but the guys made an early start and cracked on with it , I couldna??t have asked for more, all three were polite and took it in there stride , a big thank you guys, I would definitely recommend you to anyone.
