Review:I was very pleased with the service I received on my move. The men were respectful, considerate and empathetic to my needs on the day. Moving house and home can be a stressful occasion when watching all of ones worldly goods being shifted from one place to another, but I was reassured by the manner in which they kept going. Review:Stephen and his team were brilliant. They arrived on time, loaded the vans up in under two hours and were off to the new house. There was a delay waiting for the keys but they were used to this. The weather was awful but they quickly and professionally got our stuff into the new house. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.

Review:We couldnt fault the team we had to move us from a house to a flat.From start to finish they were polite, friendly and very professional.They worked hard as a team despite having to carry items up 3 flights of stairs .Nothing was too much trouble and they didnt leave until we were happy having placed furniture where we wanted and assembled items ..The whole process from contacting Stephen was seamless and the team are a credit and made a day we were not looking forward to (having not used removals before) a calm and stress free affair.Thank you

They moving day the guys arrived perfectly on time and took really good care of all our things. Loading and unloading was really fast as well but not less careful for that. Review:After I accepted their quote they return ti cancel at the 11th hr. Despite providing a video inventory if everything that needed they ran out of time and tried to quit on me half way through the move but agreed to work later for more cash. That still didnt finish that night after and held me to a 500 ransom before they would return the final (of 4 total) van load of my possessions. They were very slow and ended up costing twice their original quite.

This is a completely inaccurate account, and we have email correspondence, pictures, videos and signed paperwork to prove our version. In 12 years of trading, we have never come across such a rude, disrespectful and patronising man full of contradictions. We never cancelled we quite simply didn’t have availability when he accepted quotation & asked at the '11th hour'. It took longer because when we arrived 80% of the contents were not ready or boxed. We quite kindly offered to take items while he packed his household belongings hence ‘4 trips’. Despite calling us at 2am, the abuse to female staff on the phone and my movers on the day, and the fact his preparation was non-existent my team had the patience of saints, utmost professionalism and persevered. As it got late (10pm) and we were unable to gain access to storage we agreed to return the following day. ‘Held to ransom’ is laughable items were in storage accessible by only him. We moved £60k of Artwork, furniture and valuables without so much as a mark on anything (clearly unappreciated). We offer a price guarantee if our terms are met and are very transparent with our charges which we forwarded via email before he accepted.Media
