    Unprofessional company that cares little for clients. Very disappointed in the terrible service I received from Anq movers. They cancelled 10mins before the driver was supposed to be at my house for the move, despite already paying the deposit. Their customer service has been a pain to get in contact with to get my refund. No one picks up the phone from my number. And when they do they keep saying that it will be processed but it has been 14 days since they cancelled my move and I haven’t received any information at all regarding my refund for my deposit. They said it would take 7-10 working days to refund me but it has been over 2 weeks now! Last time I got through to them after numerous phone calls, they then told me to email a different contact without offering any help on their part. They’ve been unnecessarily rude on the phone to me and have even gone as far as saying that it was I who cancelled the move when I have email evidence that it was them who cancelled it. I just want my deposit back but at this stage it is looking that I will never be refunded my deposit. Thus, I have filed a dispute with my bank and have escalated the situation.
