Very professional very friendly every thing went smoothly.

Following moving day, we noticed a handle missing from a set of drawers. We emailed and sent photo but no response. It was important to us as all our bedroom furniture is the same design and having one handle missing/ different is very noticeable. Read more

2 of the men were lovely and helped us one didn't. We were told they would empty the loft , this particular man didn't want to , the others did it. We were told they could remove a lot of garden items for disposal they wouldn't. They left us with a lot of heavy items that we are still removing ourselves . The boxes were clearly marked as to which room , that didn't happen . We arrived at the house 2 hours after them and they were finished . Early. The house was upside down. I used them 7 years before and they were great. Quick, efficient and very pleasant. Sadly, this time was a different experience. It needed more than two men. I am alone without help and I found them a touch uncommunicative. I was told 8.30 arrival, it was much later. I thought they weren't coming. At the other end, more guys arrived to help for some reason. I know the guys need their break. That's not an issue. They did tell me they were stopping off for food. I was there at the destination a long time before they arrived so I thought that was because of their break. However, they sat outside for 30 minutes which I kind of found frustrating. They were good putting freezer in first but I had no idea they weren't switched on. Not a problem if I'd just been told. I went back to Ashington removals because they were amazing the time before. Perhaps this was just a blip. Nothing was damaged. They do a good job in that. Wrong mattresses on the beds so bases don't match now but I can't move them! Read more

These guys were outstanding. They worked solidly to get the job done. We had a lot of stuff and they moved us over 1.5 days, coming the day before to load stuff and then on the day 9 - 6:30 with the wait for keys to the new place in between. They used a massive, proper removal wagon which was filled to the brim. The lads were polite, courteous and professional throughout. They took the utmost care with the stuff, using blankets to wrap up stuff like tvs, and loaded it all carefully as well as getting it all back off the other side. I was chatting to one of the lads who said they did a lot of work for schools and the council, that sort of thing and you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. I never felt worried about anything both leading up to the day, when I got phone calls to check everything was ok and going to plan, and during the move. I would definitely book them again and I will recommend them to anyone whoa??s in need of a bona fide company to get them moved. Read more

The lads who moved us over the two days were diligent, hard working and enthusiastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Well done all round. The removal lorry was to small so it meant 2 trips. Not the end of the world and didna??t hold anything up, just lucky we werena??t going far.
