Review:Astra Removals did a full packing service and house move over 4 hours away. They packed my stuff up very quickly (about 3 hours!) and did everything very efficiently. They were happy to follow any special instructions and were easy to work with. When a member of their crew was sick, Ricky the office manager came and helped with packing instead! Lots of communication throughout the whole 3 days. And all this at a great price. Thanks Astra! :o)

Review:I was really glad that we decided to use Astra. They were the best for us because the furniture was going into store and they have their own storage facility which simplified the process.They were very professional - I spoke with Ricky initially to get the quote, and he was very helpful.Paul and Chris were our removals guys and they were brilliant. They turned up on moving day bright and early and got straight into it - I think they had it cleared within a couple of hours!All told, really pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. We will be using them to move from storage to our new property when we find one!

Review:Price was ok and pretty good compared to other companies. Kevin was excellent, very patient, he took a lot of time taking my wardrobes apart and reassembling them upstairs, I was really impressed with the amount of time he was prepared to take to do this, great service from him in particular but all 3 of the movers were polite and friendly.

Review:I recommend Astra removals to anyone else moving. Ricky was very helpful with the initial quote and information before hand - I would have given full Score for customer service but I did have to chase up on emails a few times and I did find myself a little stressed at times due to this (although given the time wea??re living in its understandable). The guys who moved us on move day were brilliant especially given that we moved on such a hot day and they had to wait for us to get the keys due to issues with our completion. They arrived early morning and looked after our belongings very well and didna??t mind my nosy four year old. Great value for money.

Review:I was a little apprehensive about using a newish company with so few reviews, however I have no hesitation in recommending Astra Removals. Customer service was only 4 stars as e-mail communication was slow, however Ricky was contactable by phone whenever I wanted to know anything. Guys on the day were great, laid back, no fuss. Review:Sub contracted work by Ricky was ok. It was a little unnerving having to give money to a fledgling company however there was no need to worry. The lads who turned up were great. There were a few niggles but nothing that detracted from the move at all. No breakage of anything and a lot of attention to detail by the contractors. All in all happy!
