Moving day was super easy, the team were efficient and helpful, and took good care of all our belongings.

It started off really well, however, their initial assessment of how big of a van they should have sent was inaccurate and as a result they couldnt fit all of our stuff in and we had to pay for an Uber to take the remainder of the stuff. In addition, during the move they damaged one of the storage units and a railing unit in a wardrobe. They have been unwilling to take responsibility for initial mess up of the van and refusing to cover the costs. I would avoid using this company and go somewhere more reliable and competent.At this stage its been 2 weeks with no resolution and terrible customer service. Read more

Brilliant from start to finish. Was a early start and they were there on time, three men on job loaded up very quickly and efficiently while taking good care of items unlike the previous company. As I was moving in that day we had to wait for a few hours as previous owners were moving out and the guys were patient, when unloading items the guys were taking stuff first and second floor with no problems. They also provide a lot more services which I haven't used but I'm confident they can provide all round services to take care of all the hustles of moving and also the price was very good for a long distance move.Will definitely use in future. The team on the day was quick and efficient and made what was a difficult move (due to us admittedly being underprepared due to under estimating the number of boxes we needed) as easy and smooth as possible.
