Friendly and efficient movers. Two gentlemen worked incredibly hard to move the entirety of our belongings. Very polite. We will consider using them again!

Great team of guys who helped us move. There was a couple of hours delay due to bank issues, but they waited patiently and were very efficient and polite at both the removel and delivery of my home contents.
Great customer service but an early payment was not expected, this was fixed quickly. The staff dedication on the day of the move was tremendous. They could not do enough.
The most reasonably priced, especially as did packing service too. Box marking not always enough when unpacking but being able to sort out on arrival is preferable to trying to sort before!

Disappointed with the service. The movers were quite rude, e.g. rolling their eyes and complaining when we said we had garden furniture to move (even though we'd said we had garden furniture and they saw it during the survey the week before!) We had also asked if they could provide packing materials, which was offered during the service, but on the day we were told we would have to pay for boxes. Despite also paying a flat rate as completion time was still tbc, they said they had to leave for another job, which involved us having to phone the office. There appears to be a disconnect between the office staff who conducted the advance survey and the moving people on the day.
They also left quite a few items at our old property even though we had asked for them to be packed. My partner had to pay for a taxi to transport the left-behind goods.
The service was generally efficient - they moved us in and out in the space of a few hours, but some of their staff could really do with basic politeness training. Which is a shame as other reviews suggest that other company staff have been courteous and helpful. Not in our case, and not what we needed when moving is stressful enough already!
On the day told me they would be over three hours late getting to me!
I had two guys come to my property that couldn’t speak a word of English. I caught them sitting around and not working which took me into very expensive hour rates. Job quoted at 4 hours work took around 10 hours and I had to deal with broken beds, mirrored wardrobes and more items. They also nearly left one of my televisions behind. After all this they have the nerve to wait 5 months to come after me for the moving fees when I’m thousands out of pocket.
