    Would give 0 stars if possible , I booked this company because it had good reviews. I'm shocked because my experience was terrible!! They arrived 1 hour late, which I overlooked. I understand people run late sometimes. I was quoted 190 for 2 hours and it took 4, so I had to pay double. its paid by the hour and you don't just give them the cash when finished it's a strange set up... you pay via bank transfer on there arrival, a manger calls you and asks you to pay the amount you've been quoted, and has they ran 2 hours over I had to pay the extra 2 hours before they unloaded at the other side. They left some items behind I rang manger and told him things were left and I'm really unhappy with the service received, he said would speak to the removal men and sort it out, I've never hear back from them.

Any delay would have been communicated promptly and professionally.Furthermore, your complaint about the pricing is also false. Our quotes are meticulously calculated based on the information provided by the client. If the service took longer than expected, it's because of factors beyond our control or inaccurate information provided by you. We stand by our pricing structure and find your attempt to discredit it baseless and dishonest.As for your allegations about our payment process, it is both inaccurate and misleading. Our payment methods are clearly communicated to clients beforehand, and your attempt to misrepresent them only reflects poorly on your integrity.It's evident that your review is nothing more than a malicious attempt to damage our reputation. We take pride in providing exceptional service to all our clients, and it's unfortunate that you have chosen to distort the truth for your own purposes.

    Company was great. Move quickly on the moving day, got more than we had anticipated in their van, and had no problems moving big furniture without disassembly. Guys were all great, and although we didnt pay for it we had three guys helping on the move, which made a difference Im sure.

    They were very slow and took huge chunks out of the walls in our old house. They also did not rebuild what they dismantled and did not attempt to get some pieces of furniture in to the correct rooms leaving me to dismantle and rebuild myself when they had gone. The removal company that the person moving in was using was helping them and giving advice which they dismissed. They were nice enough and not rude at all, just not great service.

    Bradford Removal Service quoted ~half the price of other companies and were fantastic. Speedy and professional, I would recommend them to somebody moving. Massive value for money!

    Worst communication, appalling damage to my property and now they wont respond to any communication. Constant asking for more money to be sent every additional hour or work stops and cash instead of transfers

    We are disappointed to see such a negative review, as on the day you were shown the damages on the wall before we started offloading. It was made clear to you that the damage was done by the previous removal company, and not by us. On the rare occasion that we do cause damage on a removal, we are more than happy to rectify it.     Thought they were fantastic. Kept in touch with me since booking the removals to the moving day. They were early, which was great as we got the keys earlier. Nothing was too much trouble. Paul and Nathan were just brilliant

    I found them to be the cheapest and they were good at getting things organised for the day. Just didn't like, because they went over the 3 hours I'd paid for, they charged me for an extra hour even though it was only half hour extra. It seemed once they knew they could potentially get another hour pay they slowed down unloading the van.

    What a stressful day it was moving. The delivery guys; A driver and young lad, turned up at 12.30pm. They left my new place at 9.30pm and it cost me 810 - What a joke!! Why would it take 9 hours to move from a 2 bedroom bungalow to a 2 bedroom terraced house? They broke the legs on my sewing machine cabinet. (These have now been glued) although, I have not tried to stand it back up yet. Also, I helped lift, load and place boxes, plants etc for over three hours to try and hurry them up. The driver did next to nothing, but the poor young lad worked so hard. The driver was quite abrupt to him too. . He also told the office that they had to wait 2 hours for the key; a blatant lie! We had nothing to eat and drink all day as there was no time. I rang the office the next day to inform them how unhappy I was with the service. I asked for a partial refund. I had to then ring again as I had no reply. I was offered 75 - I rejected it. I did mention that I was thinking of taking the problem to the removers and storers ombudsman and the next day they offered 135. I did take that but Im still considering taking the matter to them for false advertising.

    Terrible, arrived nearly an hour late. Van looked liked it wouldn't have an MOT. Brake lights lens broken. Certainly didn't look like the shiny van in their email. The van had a faded sign of Any Van written on it.I was really worried the van would not be big enough. They were painfully slow in loading and unloading. When I moved 2 years ago, the removal company then took just under 1 hour to load and unload the other end. Bradford removals took 2 hours each way! They just rammed all my furniture and boxes in. Furniture not picked up correctly, dragging on the floor. Rate went up by 105 more then quoted. The only good news was that the removal men were friendly and helpful.

Our team was faced with the challenge of fitting an excessive amount of belongings into an overloaded van, as verified by our customer. While we strive to maintain the highest standards of service, on this occasion, the volume of items exceeded the capacity of the vehicle. As a result, sending another van would have incurred additional costs, which may have led to an increase in rates. Furthermore, our current fleet of vans may not have been in optimal condition, as our newer models were already in use due to high demand. Rest assured, we take great care in ensuring that our vehicles are well-maintained to deliver the best possible performance to our valued customers.

    Beware of Mayfair removals, the insurance you pay for covers none of your belongings unless the company packs for you, any claims you make are put down to wear & tear if you do not alert them of damage before the workers leave.Unfortunately our workers arrived an hour late (And had the to cheek to joke about the chances of a cooked breakfast?!)& were intent on leaving in a rush, before assembly of items we had paid for was complete.Screws fittings were missing so my daughters bed was unsafe & unsturdy however I was informed I was not prepared, & had not taken care of our belongings despite putting all fittings in separate bags, for items they unassembled & seemed quite put out for assembling? Sadly my experience was one of true cowboys who wanted 3 hrs payment on a arrival and again 3 hrs later ..... clearly knew they would not be paid if they waited until the end of the day!The removal workers were Cleary inexperienced not really bothered & out sourced, when making a reasonable complaint i was meant with feedback on my unpreparedness & incompetence, no apology!!!! My advice please pay a little more have peace of mind you are working with professionals & have cover!!!!

    They moved me very well . I was very pleased until I saw the damage to my teak unit, not just scratched all over but gouged out on the top. I pointed it out to them and they admitted they had put stuff on it in the van. I asked if they were insured. They offered to get some varnish and send it to me as they would get into trouble. I contacted the company as soon as I could, I also sent photos. I had an email 2 weeks after the move saying I couldn't claim because I didn't tell the porters about the damage, but I did

    Moved from a 3 bedroom house, only turned up with a Luton van that didn't fit everything in. Contacted them and they sent a small van, still didn't fit all our things in. Paid a lot more the originally quoted from another company who actually came out prior to move to see what we had to move, unfortunately they couldn't do that day. Wouldn't recommend them unless you get them to come out and get a quote prior to booking. We were very disappointed.

    Terrible. Was quoted 5hrs, took 13. Charged 13! Had a hidden insurance cost per van that popped up on removal day. Chaps moved us were nice guys, friendly etc. not professional movers. Didn't have a clue how to load a van. Put heavy items on top of fragile. No concept of the value of belongings. No coverings. No straps. No trolley. One of the vans broke down. Had some damages they wouldn't take responsibility for. Paperwork was too much to handle, I was told!Wouldn't release last load before payment, even when in dispute. Ended up being twice the cost of the most expensive movers quoted. Made a stressful event into a traumatic one. Total nightmare!Never ever again.
