They were great. Really helpful won't both packing, and the actual moving even though the places that had to put stuff ended up being really awkward because the builders hadn't fully finished.

Ted came to see the property to make the survey and quote. During the house survey, he made some suggestions on how some items could be packed and what they would do to minimise damage to any item. The quote is done instantly and was very competitive towards other quotes we had. On the moving day, they started early in the morning as agreed before lunch time they were on their way to the new house. This was a 2 day job, as we moved from London to Scotland but we did not have any issues nor damaged items. I would recommend them. Read more

Brilliant Moves delivered an absolutely flawless full house clearance and made the day an absolute breeze. We managed to book for the following day expecting a 2 day clearance but they managed to complete the job in a single day (including full house clearance of all items/appliances/beds/wardrobes, etc and disassembling multiple sheds full of contents to be removed). The guys are incredibly friendly and considerate, sending photos through to make sure certain items were to be disposed of or not before taking them. Communication from first enquiry, all throughout the clearance and after were excellent. Pricing was also transparent and very competitive. This was a clearance after a bereavement. Brilliant Moves were exactly that! They made a very difficult time much easier with their quick response and easy communication. The flat was cleared within a few days of my contact. Everything removed including cupboard contents etc. This was followed by a video call to show me the empty property as I couldn't be there on the day. Perfect service at a very reasonable price. It was satisfactory, fine early start 9ish anticipated 13:00 arrival but a 'quick' pick up turned into a 'long' pick up and delayed my drop off to 19:00. It all got done in the end.
