From start to finish the team were excellent. Professional, polite and extremely hard working. Told they'd be with us at 9am but they didn't arrive until 10.. I had to chase the company about where they were - they were running late and then went to the wrong address. No apology from the company when I rang just "not sure what you want me to do about that". They sent 2 guys in 2 pretty small vans for a 3 bedroom semi-detached house. The 2 guys clearly hate their job, they were quite rude and unfriendly. Constant moaning between them about their job. The vans completely filled up so we had to use our cars. The men worked hard but sometimes they were a bit hard on the things they were moving. That said, we never had anything broken but they did damage the kitchen flouring of tge place we moved out off. The price was a bit expensive for a 2 bedroom bungalow 1800 which got more expensive as they had to come back the second day because the key release was late. That added another 900 to the cost. It was the hottest day of the year and the team just got on with it every efficiently.

They were generally polite and worked fast. I appreciated them sorting the appliances and the attic. However, a few of their employees they were not careful packing. We found fragile glass wrapped in paper with heavy things placed in the same box loose. There were also fragile items just loosely placed in boxes. We had several avoidable breakages. They were asked to take specific care over some antique furniture, which was also broken but which they didn't let us know about. We paid for the beds to be taken apart and rebuilt. My remover men were fantastic couldnt of asked for better

We had a complicated road to move. The street is very narrow and there is not access by car. It is supposed that they review the roads where they are going to work, but it seems they don't do it. I sent them an email explaining the difficulty of the service. They told me that they were going to use a 7.5tn truck and I told them that, maybe, it wasn't the best option given the roads.The move date, with a 7.5tn truck, the first thing I did was to show them the road, very close to the old address, and everything seemed to be ok. They took all my stuff and, literally, disappeared without any explanation. After more than two hours waiting I called them and said that due to the difficulty they took my stuff to a storage and if I wanted my stuff I had two options, either to take by myself or to pay 400 more to have a smaller van and to deliver the next day. At least, they brought our mattresses to our old house to be able to sleep somewhere that night and they delivered the stuff the next day despite of the difficulty. A van arrived without any name on it. The manager did not tell them about the job neither provided with tools and materials needed. Made few damages. I will not recommend this company to anybody.The workers did their best to compensate the shortcomings. They are not in the league for good removals Read more

Broken my table and now want me to oay the excess on there insurance dont think so
