Review:The guys were polite and were very professional. They took apart any furniture that needed dismantling. Wrapped mattresses in protectors and completed the removal into the lorry. Once at the new address the transferred all the boxes into the correct rooms and asked if they were not sure. All the furniture was reassembled. A blanket was laid under the table to stop it being scratched on the floor when the legs were put bag on it. A truly easy move with very professional staff.

Review:Pain free moving experience. 2 guys Paul & Fabio excellent. Vanessa in the office answered all my questions.5 stars for customer service and moving day. 4 stars for cost, as wss more than I anticipated, but as myself and husband said, we probably could have got cheaper but not better.Would use again & would recommend.

Review:Britannia took the time to create a moving plan that met our needs and was accurate with estmation of the size amd timescale on the moving day (i.e., only 1 luton van and a smaller van for one day, rather than two luton vans for two days which we had been quote from other companies) The removal personal were professional, hard working and polite. The only minor issue were a few muddy foot prints where they had stepped off the carpet protection. But overall a very good level of service was received.
