Moving anywhere within the UK, Britannia Robbins are able to accommodate any move small or Large. With years of experience in the business, we know exactly what makes a first-class removals service. Before we create your personalised plan, our trained pre-move surveyor will arrange to visit you at home to asses the situation and your personal requirements. Carpets, curtains, light fittings and other fixed effects will be covered including any pieces of furniture which may be of special concern to you or anything that we feel will need extra consideration due to their size or weight.
We also offer a full packing service using the latest purpose made materials and traditional skills to ensure the safest possible journey for your belongings. Packing
Our team at Britannia Robbins offers a full packing service where we will use quality packing materials to ensure the safest possible journey for your belongings. Packing is a specialist skill, so we always recommend that you leave it to our professional staff. Our movers will wrap every piece of furniture individually, and upholstery is protected with individual covers. Large pictures and mirrors can be overcarded and any I.T. equipment can be packed using Techno-Cartons.
With our full packing service, we can pack your clothes into portable wardrobes and all mattresses are protected using clean protectors. Particularly vulnerable items can be packed into their own protective timber cases. If, however, if you prefer to pack your belongings yourself, we offer a range of high-quality packing materials for you to use. Your requirements will differ from other customers and packing is a key area where special needs may apply. By preparing well, listening to our customers and having the right materials on hand, Britannia Robbins is able to provide a full and secure packing service that reduces wear and tear to your household goods during the course of your move.
Storage
Britannia Robbins also offers a range of storage facilities including containerised storage, document storage, self-storage and student storage. Container storage is a modern and convenient way of storing your household goods. All of your items will be expertly wrapped and packed, loaded and sealed into storage containers where everything will be secure and clean until the day it is returned. This system minimises handling and ensures that your personal items and furniture are kept dry and secure.
The storage containers hold approximately 7 cubic metres/ 250 cubic feet. Temporary access to your storage container can be arranged, but we do need some notice. If you need more frequent access, you should consider our self-storage option. Your containers will be stored in a clean, dry and fire-safe environment. All premises are covered by monitored security systems and CCTV.
