Incredible - extremely responsive in the booking process, and easy to get hold of. The quote was very fairly priced, and when I saw how professional friendly and fast the team were on the day I was blown away. It made a potetially very stressful moving day easy and simple. Very trustworthy and helpful company I'm recommending to all my friends. My only regret is packing myself and not letting them do it as they'd have done a much better job and saved me so much time and stress in the days preceeding the move. They were efficient, reliable,flexible, good value and friendly. It was a stressful day - but the removal went smoothly and I am grateful to the team.

First Class experience from start to finish. The men arrived on time, they got straight to work, nothing was too much for them, and within 2/3 hours they had packed 2 Luton vans filled with belongings and furniture that were being taken from a 4 bedroomed house and also a lot of things from the garden and shed, including an array of plants, all in this time frame. We then had a couple of hour journey to our new home and they had arrived promptly with us. It took them less than 2 hours to then unpack everything, put all our belongings/furniture in their rightful rooms and also took all the garden and shed stuff to exactly where they should go. Our move took place almost 3 months ago now so unfortunately I do not remember the names of the men involved but I give a huge Thank you to them and to Robert the boss, for their wonderful service and very competitive price.Since our move, we have now managed to unpack everything completely and there was not one item of ours that was either damaged or broken in any way whatsoever, which shows just how careful, as well as quick, these men were. We moved home in Feb 2023 and were looking at various removal companies in East London and requested for quotes from a few. Rob from Budget Removals was prompt in his response and communicating with him was easy and seamless. He was in touch with us throughput the removal process and guided us on how we should be ready for the big moving day. We were indeed stressed and worried if the removals company will turn up on the moving day. But to our pleasant surprise they were not only punctual, but also polite, courteous, empathetic and patient. They did not fuss about disassembling and then reassembling wardrobes. We moved from a 2nd floor apartment which had no lifts but Budget removal staff werent complaining at all. They were always smiling and cheerful , acted professionally, flexible in their approach and made the move totally stress free. Not a single damage to any of the goods during the move.
