Very good and professional service provided by City Removals. The in-person survey to provide the quote was done in detail, the surveyor answered all of our questions.The full packing move was conducted over two days. The crew arrived punctually and worked very hard, packing all items carefully. They were always polite and went out of their way to deliver all our belongings without any damage including our upright piano. They are very knowledgeable in their trade and work perfectly as a team.They came back a couple of days later to collect all of the boxes.Would highly recommend their five star service. Read more

Absolutely professional throughout, from survey through to moving day. We had a 3 bed flat with plenty of books and furniture move to Stroud area. Packing was done by 2 men, who were polite, competent and quick, and loading by 4 men (including the same 2) the day after. They even delivered the same day, due to the longer distance it was dark at that point, and raining, but they kept going. Their estimator was very polite and professional, he talked us through everything and they were the only company who suggested that it would be better to do the move over two days rather than trying to get it all done on the same day. The move was excellent and everything they planned with us happened exactly on time. We have a lot of glass items and the many boxes were lined with crumpled paper, each item had three sheets around it double wrapped and crumpled paper on top before the box was closed. Nothing was broken as proof of the quality of the service. Given that we moved from South Londion to North Wales (270 miles) over two days that is some accomplishment. Read more

Customer service was attrociuos. Broke a brand new TV and dented a filing cabinet during the move then their so called 8nsurance refused to reimburse me.

The actual removal men were very helpful, but overall I would advise people to avoid this company as promises made during the survey will not be honoured and they are not prepared to offer any remedy once they have your money Read more

Efficient quote and good communication.

Let down by having to make three deliveries to get all of our furniture and things back.

Overall were very good but upon revisiting the old home I noticed. Two cupboard contents had been forgotten and not been packed.

Sebastian and his team were terrific throughout. I hope that City Removals doesn't fall victim to the Brexit mess.

Very professional and went above and beyond.

They allow you to book a provisional move day but then become very pushy and do not allow much time to confirm the date if another customer requests it. But overall customer service was good.

Amazing job, I can't believe how beautifully they packed our possessions without one break or loss, including delicate chandeliers! I would highly recommend City removals for the full service. They reconnected our washing machine too, and picked up the boxes post move. Thanks so much for a brilliant service and making the move so stress free.

Would definitely use again. Very quick, efficient and friendly. They arrived before 8am and were finished by 2:30, including reassembling furniture.

Very polite guys and supportive. Very reasonable even though they had underestimated the weight of stuff I had and increased the price a little but this was still very reasonable. Highly recommended

The men who actually packed up and moved me were excellent but the experience was marred by very inconsiderate office administration. The original estimator had misunderstood what was to be moved from the Garden and as a result the vans that were sent were not big enough. They ran out of space and refused to send another van unless I paid another 109 pounds when it was there fault. Basically they held me to ransom! Read more
