Cotswold Services quoted a good price for my move and Anthony was very responsive ahead of the day. There were a couple of issues with relaying information to the moving team - they weren't told to bring some of the boxes requested. The moving team were very friendly and both collection and delivery were completed in good time. However, they were a little careless with packing and moving furniture which resulted marks and scratches that could have been avoided. They accepted responsibility and reduced the price. Read more

Anthony made me and my partner feel really relaxed throughout this stressful process, right from the start when I first made an enquiry and he replied via phone, email and WhatsApp after I send a walk-around video. The whole process I felt was incredibly professional, you may pay a bit more compared to other companies in the area but you certainly see why you pay extra, for the friendliness, experience, and 24/7 support with Anthony being on hand to assist with any questions or last-minute changes you may have. On the day of the move, I received a message from Anthony first thing to let me know that they were loading the vans and getting ready to be at mine for 9 AM on the dot which they were, and soon after everything was loaded into the back of the vans ready to head to my new place, including the disconnection of my washing machine and the careful packaging of my fish tanks and Grandmother clock. They stepped in when our move date changed at the last minute, but this came at a cost, definitely not cheap. Their service was friendly, responsive and reassuring. They did a full packing and removal service. The actual move went well, with no grumbles from them when our sellers were late in moving out. BUT they had stored one load and arranged to deliver the day after our move and they didnt turn up! No reply to calls, no explanation, nothing. When they got in touch a day later we arranged for the delivery the following week. Despite making a point about insurance against damage, they broke a bookcase backing and its taken a month to get the money to replace the damaged panel. Read more

We used Cotswold Services for a move from a 2 bed flat in Swindon out to a 2 bedroom house in Marlborough. From start to finish; they have been 100% professional and helpful.The three guys who completed our removal were polite, friendly and just genuinely nice people. I felt instantly relaxed from the moment they arrived. They took care with every single item and I trusted them completely. They got the job done with care and at a very decent pace; nothing felt rushed but they worked incredibly efficiently; even down to how they communicated and worked as a team it was completely seamless.All items were wrapped that needed to be wrapped, glass cabinets, the sofa, chests of drawers, tvs and monitors, all at no extra cost & they treated everything as if it were their own. After being messed about by a few local companies and an Internet based one which I didn't trust. I was starting to worry that we were going to end up without a removal company. Luckily I got in contact with Anthony of Cotswold services. Anthony was great on communication and quickly arranged a viewing of removal items. I did have a lot of tools gym equipment and this was taken away the day before and put into storage, which made removal day a lot less stressful The guys came along and removed everything and were both friendly and professional. They were really flexible over the initial booking, kept in touch with us, and on the removal day, took complete care of all our belongings, as if they were their own. They had all the correct equipment and suitable coverings for the fragile and bulky items of furniture. The guys were absolutely amazing, professional and courteous. Everything was done with care and a minimum of fuss. Full marks for punctuality, efficiency etc. The only disappointing bit was their unwillingness to reassemble my wardrobe at the other end - having disassembled it prior to the move. Excellent bunch of guys who were super fast and really polite and helpful. I have moved 11 times in my life and they were the best ive ever used by far.
