Review:The team shows up 3 hours late

Hi Guido, We are a little disappointed to see your review. You asked us to pack your contents load, and travel to London in one day. Which we did, so I feel this is unfair. On the day itself, you were updated that we would be arriving later due to an issue with accessing our boxes. This day was only to pack / load / travel. We then packed, loaded, traveled and delivered the items the following day to London. Subsequently, you then tried to bring to my attention 5-6 issues that were very minuscule and asked if you could get a reduced removal cost. As you can imagine, we are used to this. And because we took to notice of those points, or to the reduced removal you asked for, I think you got a little upset that you were not going to get a reduced bill. There was no issue with our staff, customer service. Its always the same in business unfortunately, you go the extra mile to please the client and those are the ones you get difficulty with. Review:From first contact to the end of moving day this team, boss Dean and Mark and Mikey were amazingly good. Dean was professional and knowledgeable when he came to survey the move. Everything he said he would do he did which is rare. The quote was acceptable and on the day they turned up promptly ready to work. They were reassuring, worked quickly and carefully with a sense of humour and just took our stress away.
