We couldn't recommend Direct Professional highly enough. Every member of the team is friendly, hardworking, and they delivered exactly what they promised they would. Their quote was extremely reasonable compared to the many other companies we reached out to, and we have absolutely no regrets about choosing them. We did a 5 hour move from London up to the North West. DP arrived the day before to load everything up, including disassembling our furniture where necessary (but they only did what they had to, and most stuff was moved out in one piece, which is really helpful on the other side!). They'd previously arranged to send 2 people but after we sent a video of our flat, they sent a third as well - Jay, Vladimir and Peter were all absolutely great. Where they did disassemble things, they attached all the screws to the item, and made sure they'd be easy to replace, which was particularly important for us as we were moving our things into storage.The team then drove up the next day to put all our stuff in storage. From initial contact to paying the final invoice, every member of the team was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and obviously experts in their field. The whole process was slick and went smoothly. Their pricing is very competitive and all costs are clear and easy to understand and no hidden extras and no nasty surprises! Just helpful and friendly professionals. Our deposit was paid online as was the final bill. We had invoices and confirmation within moments, and both show all costs clearly. Very pleasant staff. A mix up over time but was resolved with apologies. Move went very smoothly, both ends. No complaints. Would recommend.

It costed a little bit more than expected , perhaps we had too much stuff to move, apart from this, the guys were punctual , professional and overall did a great job!

Fantastic service, friendly and professional. Brilliant communication before the move and flexibility when we needed to move our date was free of charge. The guys in the day were efficient, friendly and polite. We were initially a little apprehensive at how cheap the quote was but I can't think of anything they could do to improve. Brilliant throughout. Very efficient, caring and considerate. Everything placed exactly where I asked, nothing was too much trouble and seemed happy in their work.

The office team were fantastic at getting my move booked in and even offered me discount for booking in advance and also didn't charge me extra when my removal day had to move with only a few days notice.
The removal team on the day were brilliant. They worked super quick, efficiently and didn't stop until the job was done! The team were considerate of our belongings and put all items in the rooms we asked immediately upon arrival.
