Review:The " movers" were both pleasent and helpful.The male & female in the office were both both aggressive and unpleasant - I had at least 5 demanding / threatening calls for payment " before we finish the unloading" . Would not recommend!

Hi Eugene, I feel this a very unfair review I was nothing but professional and polite not once "aggressive" you were shouting down the phone when asked for payment because you needed an extra trip as you had so many undisclosed items when the team arrived. We did our best to accommodate you and got nothing but abuse back. We contacted you twice for payment as you hadn't sent it before our team unloaded which is our policy and you were aware of, we certainly did not contact you 5 times.Kind regards, ChloeNewport

Review:Through the internet. Initially communication was fine. Atfirst they quoted a price for one van, but I told them I had avery tall cabinet that would need to be separated into 3, plus a double ottoman bed, and that they may have to break down the wardrobe, so it was changed to two vans which I accepted, paid the deposit through bank transfer (with difficulty). A day before the move they advised me they would not put the wardrobe back together!
