Because the packing was done properly and nothing was broken I will rate the company 3 stars.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
At the time of the quotation, the insurance price was not included in the final price. No clear info were given regarding the time of delivery. I was told 2/3 weeks to get my stuff abroad instead I had to wait 2 months and in addition a box was lost. The Company kept postponing the delivery date at my new address. We started the insurance paper for my lost box then after few days I was told the box had been found. I had to wait 1 more month to get the missing item! My stuff was collected from London on 27th July, most of my items were delivered on 21st Sept and last missing box was delivered today 20th Oct!Adam Dracott of Dracott & Fennemore replied:
Dear Lisa. I am very sorry to see your delivery didn't arrive when we estimated it should have. With more economical groupage deliveries it can be very hard to predict exact delivery date. Be sure i will look into this and see what we can learn and improve. Best Dracott & Fennemore Team.

Packing Services
We believe that packing properly for a home removal is a skill. We are highly trained and use specialist professional materials to pack your belongings and safely wrap your furniture. Trusting a removal company with all of your possessions can bring with it some stress and anxiety but you can rest assured when Dracott and Fennemore are on the job.
If you choose to pack your home up yourself then we can still relieve you of some of that stress by providing you with the appropriate packing boxes and wrapping materials.
It is also important that furniture is wrapped safely for transportation. This will protect the item itself but also, the walls, bannisters and door frames of the home. Our professional team will take care of this for you.
Storage Solutions
As well as removals, Dracott and Fennemore provide long and short term storage solutions. We have our own storage facility and we offer containerised storage at competitive rates. This can be massively useful when you are moving home and will be staying somewhere temporarily or if you are moving into a smaller place. We offer domestic and commercial storage in London.
Antique and Art Transportation
If you have any items that require specialist transportation such as fine art, grand pianos or grandfather clocks then Dracott and Fennemore can help. We are trained in safely transporting antiques, keeping them protected and intact.
