Worst customer service ever, very unprofessional and charged more than what it was agreed.

My experience was terrible, moving is always stressful and this company more specifically Adam made everything worse.
They have turned up 2h late, didn't protect or wrap any of my belongings as they said they would and this guy's attitude was just miserable since he arrived. He kept complaining about everything while he was doing the job, I had to carry boxes all day long as he only brought 1 member of staff with him and he kept treating him in such a bad and rude way that it was making me uncomfortable. As if it wasn't enough, while he was loading stuff from my old house he said he wasn't going to take 2 of the 3 wardrobes I have, when I asked him why he told me we had agreed that he was only taking 1 and charged me A?100 extra to take the other 2, I said that I would pay as I needed to vacate the property that day and he had all my stuff in his van, he kept asking me for the money. This is unacceptable, we had agreed with something and Adam did not commit to his word.

Got them as the cheapest option but i paid for that. Were not the cheapest as on the day they told me i had to pay VAT - had not specified this anywhere before that.
Had 4 ppl as requested but 2 of them left, so when we got to the move in address - which is where we needed ppl (3rd floor, rather than ground at move out address) - i needed to help out and it took just way too long.
the ppl moving were nice but not sure if the guy was giving them a fair deal. so we bought them food water etc.

Guy came around to quote and said all the right things like no extra charge for waiting on completion, all items will be wrapped and protected, they will load everything and unload into the correct rooms. On the day they turned up late, one guy was drunk, they didnt protect anything ,had to fit boxes in three cars as did not fit into the vehicle they brought, had to help load the vehicle then they charged extra A?100 because had to wait 20 min while I got key and then threatened to take belongings if I did not pay. Then on unloading just got stuff out and did not even put in right rooms even though they were marked up clearly. Cherry on the cake was when they swept out the vehicle and left rubbish on the drive.
