The BEST removal company. Cheapest price and great service. Went above and beyond to help us! We were given the wrong keys when entering our new home, this removal team members tried their best to try and get the other spare key out from inside the new home and didn't even mind or charge us for the waiting time for the lock smith to arrive. Very professional and very kind, helpful, well spoken and quick removal company. Best service you will ever recieve. No I am NOT being paid to say this. We were actually amazed at thier service and how kind they all were. Price wise, they were the cheapest out there. We moved from North Lanarkshire to Glasgow and the price was great! Others were charging a lot more and also said they would charge if we never got the keys before 4 and if they had to work beyond 5 they would charge a higher price per hour after 5. These guys do not do that. Alex, the manager, was great to deal with. He had such a calm and relaxed attitude which made us feel calmer in that stressful time aswell. They came the day before and packed most of our belongings. They then said they would be back the next day to do the rest and then go to our new flat. They turned up bang on time at 8am and started loading. When they got to our flat the unloaded and were here until 6.30pmwithout a word of complaint. Fantastic experience with Alex and his team. Provided the best quote I received (had quite a few companies give me a quote as I've never used a moving company before). Team arrived early and worked so efficiently, really nice guys and nothing was a problem for them. Moved from top floor tenement to 2nd floor tenement. They checked were we wanted everything in new flat and were just brilliant.

Unfortunately we would not be able to recommend this firm at all. There were unavoidable delays due to ferry crossings etc but there was a complete lack of communication and also the firm had booked other jobs for the day we were meant to have hired them for, just a case of them taking on too much and not having sufficient staff to fulfill their commitments. We ended up having to do most of our own packing despite having paid for a professional packing service. The movers when they did come did a good job of loading the van quickly and reaching our new home but there was a fair bit of damage to our furniture and the paint work in our new home. We had been reassured of a professional packing service but unfortunately none of the boxes that they did pack were packed with any care or labelled correctly. We had recommended them prior to this to our parents who were also moving but unfortunately no-one turned up to see them on the appointment day. Read more

My wife and I were extremely happy with the service. They arrived on time, took a moment to assess how best to proceed with the move, carried out the removal with professionalism and delivered our furniture to our new home with care. The guys went a??above and beyonda?? what we would have expected when trying to get our super-kingsize bed into up the stairs to our bedroom. Helpful and friendly throughout a long and tiring move!

They turned up at 8am as arranged and we were in our new home by 11am. There were a few issues of getting furniture out of the old address and into the new one, but they overcame any obstacles. Alex and his team were great. They arrived early and had the items I was sending, a part load, loaded before I knew it. They also off loaded it at the other end equally speedily, and that included a climb to the second floor.

I had a bigger house removal than we first anticipated and I was worried that the removal firm wouldn't be able to accommodate me but they were brilliant. They texted the night before to check everything was still going to plan and arrived on time.
They were courteous, polite but talked away to us. They were methodical and worked their way round the house emptying it room by room. When they arrived at the new house, large items were placed where we asked. Nothing was a bother.
They stuck to the agreed price and made sure mum who has vascular dementia was as settled as she could be.

Issue when they phoned a couple of weeks before move to say they were closing down and then phoned back to say they weren't. But overall were really helpful.

Our original move date was 19 May. Through no fault of our own, it was cancelled and moved to 1st June and again, the same thing happened. We finally moved on 6th June. The service we received, right from the first phone call (and there were plenty made back and fore) was first class. The staff were very professional and considerate.
