A truly awful experience and very expensive. 1. Should have brought a wardrobe removal box, they didn't. 2. The van was so obviously too small, consequently, my possessions that didn't fit were put in my neighbour's garden and I was told that I would have to come back for them as they would charge me for another trip if they came back to collect them. 3. I was asked to pay the balance of more than 1500 in cash which would have meant me going to the bank. I refused and did a bank transfer. 4. On arriving with the keys at my new property my TV was on the doorstep, no wrapping, I had to clamber over it to open the door. 5. They were rude to both myself and a friend. 6. As my wardrobes wouldn't go up the staircase at my new property they told me that they would put them in the lounge! I pointed out that I was paying for a dismantling and reassembling service. They very reluctantly did this but I now have a wardrobe with the doors on upside down and when you open the left hand door the whole thing tilts very precariously to the left.On the whole they turned what was always going to be a difficult day into a horrendous experience. 1680 to move a 2 bed home a mile! They arrived on time and wrapped my big furniture for removal. They took down and reassembled my overbed fitment at my new place. They reassembled my bed and table. I am happy to advise that non of my furniture was broken. They were friendly and helpful when I explained that moving was stressful for me me! Read more

Very happy with the service we received. Took a lot of the stress out of our move. The guys were on time on both the packing day and on the day of our move. Very helpful, efficient and friendly.

Good price and communication but very rushed on the day of the move. Our plan changed meaning that all of our furniture was stored at my father-in-lawa??s in a ground floor area. This should have meant that there was a lot more time as items didna??t have to go to separate rooms or upstairs and no reassembly was required. We have since discovered that boxes marked a??fragilea?? have been stacked under heavy items. We havena??t had a chance to check all of our items as yet. Read more

While the truck wasna??t large enough for one trip, the team did two trips. They were incredibly helpful, hardworking and respectful. Theya??re isna??t anything they wouldna??t help with. The guys were dedicated to getting the job done to our satisfaction. Read more
