Review:Dreadful experience. If I could mark all as 0 then I would!Men who arrived spent more time discussing how to load the van than actually filling it. Furniture and boxes turned on their sides and upside down. At one point the two guys started arguing-very unprofessional. Items of furniture repeatedly hit off walls, floor and stair banister. When I went to pick my daughter up from school, as the move still hadnt been completed, I returned to find both men sat in a bedroom and one on a personal video call. In the end asked removal company to leave and completed the move by hiring a van and moving items myself- appalling position to be in!

Review:Expert removals just contract out to other man with a van companies. For a proper house move, my suggestion would be to pay the higher price with company that has the expertise, larger van and kit. The price we paid in the end matched that of our more expensive quotes, but took a LOT more effort.

Review:Avoid at all costs! We had a nightmare with them. We made the mistake of paying by the hour. They came in the morning which was great but had the keys to our new place at 3.30 pm so had our belongings sat there but that's not their fault. They damaged a piece of the skirting board at our old place and my husband and I both had to insist for them to fix it and then our wooden dining table was scratched and another wooden piece of furniture was badly scratched.

Review:They charge by the hour, which is disappointing as you dont know how much it will be. I thought I was dealing with Expert Removals but they must be a broker or something as the van that turned up said Alberts Removals on it and the man said his name is Albert.I paid for an extra porter as I thought he job would get done quicker. I knew when I saw an older man and 2 teenage boys, this was not a professional team. At one stage the man was on his phone some distance away and the boys were loading the van. The man asked me to bring my cat round and load some boxes in it as he could not fit them in the van. When my car was full, that was not the end of it. I had a bike, a swivel chair and a hoover left in the storage, which could not fit in the van or my car. I had to make another journey back on my own to put these difficult items in my car, or else pay him another 90 for another hour.I did inform them of the size of my storage unit so they knew what size removal van to provide. This was a case of poor loading and I had to pay the price for their inexperience.I was not satisfied and would not use them again.

Review:These guys were perfect for my move to a small village as 2 smaller vans instead of 1 huge one were way more practical. I had some concern for my antique pieces of furnture, but these were moved with great care and arrived undamaged. Overall, a good move.
