    The company survey suggested one van would be enough which wasnt the case. Movers did have low care while moving the furniture. Boxes were poorly made. One of my bed drawers was destroyed. During the payment, they charged me more than the arranged price. I would not recommend this company.

    Haphazard packers. Didnt even think to bring markers to label the boxes. In general very disorganised. Forgot to pack lots of stuff too/didnt bother opening the closets so you really needed to be on top of them

    Just a shady outfit trying to get extra money out of you at every turn. The quote guy was nice, we went for the day package rather than the per hour. 500 for the whole day (original quote 790)Move comes, van is packed up and we have to wait for our house to be finished cleaning before moving in. Come to 3 hours waiting. They try and charge 150 per hour for a waiting charge. Original quote said no hidden fees however its hidden in the 35 page t&c they sent the day before the move. I thought a day charge was 9am-5pm doesnt matter what happens. I paid 200 waiting so again huge bartering available. Wouldnt use again.

    Appallingly bad. I am having to take legal action against the company for taking my sofa away, attempted fraud by putting payment through my bank three times. the bank refused to pay out as it was clearly fraudulent. They argued with me and tried to increase the amount i owed them. They sat in the van for 2 hours doing nothing and tried to charge me for this time. I had to threaten them with the police before they continued unloading. I had to employ another removalist to complete the job from place of storage.

    It was bad, on the moving date, they have arrange only two people and a van. But they said they dont have any tools to help me do the removal and also complained that there are too much stuff to move. But I had already sent photos and videos to their company to get the quotation. The company need to provide certain trolleys for them to do this job. Finally, the job could be finished by paying 100GBP more on top. I found that these people dont have uniform and their van doesnt have the company logo, i think that they may be getting this outsourced job from fast interior removal without the details of what they need to move.

    Booked for 3hrs man&van and driver left after 2hrs and left bunches of stuffs on the ground floor because the time start to count after he left the office and it took one hour from his office to my place.Before the booking I confirmed with fast interior removals that its gonna be an end-to-end job (which means my old flat door to new flat door) with no extra charges.The driver didnt even help that much - the destination was on second floor. And cause theres no lift and we want to make him feel easier, so my boyfriend helped to move 4/5 of my luggages from ground floor to second floor. The driver mostly helped to move from van to ground floor.After the longgg argument about why my 3hrs booking became 2hrs one. The customer service guy ask the driver to help move the rest of a few stuffs to upstairs. But by that time my boyfriend already moved everything to upstairs cause he saw I was too angry and hes just a lovely person.Anyway Im more than unpleasant about the experience. Still paid 3hrs fee for my 2hr moving. Didnt tip the driver a penny even though I prepared a big tip!And also!!! Be careful when you moving plants with them.

    The company itself and the customer services representative is very cooperative. I booked for 2 hours 2 persons.On moving date the driver called me in morning to come early though I booked at 02pm. He insisted me can I came now then 10am or 12pm after I told him I am not available other then the mentioned time then he was fine with it.Second issue I faced the driver said only one person will be available though the other person was sitting in the van. When I asked him who is he. Replied he is my friend. After a long conversation he agreed for second person. Though when he showed me the text message everything was mentioned crystal clear. Time which I requested 2pm and 02 person. Seems like the removal company not aware of their driver behaviour.Lastly he asked for payment before unloading the stuff.Not satisfied with driver behaviour.

    Horrible experience. Movers showed up with one man less than I paid for and two hours late. They tried to charge me for extra charges I was not told about and asked for cash only. When I called the company instead of just apologizing the coordinator was extremely rude and yelled. I would have gladly understood the late issue and even miscommunication about the number of men if he had just said sorry and explained but instead he was incredibly patronizing and disrespectful. Worst customer experience Ive had in the UK.

    They sent a surveyor to the house and gave us a quote for three men and one van. I queried whether this would be enough and they assured me it would be. But on the moving day it quickly became apparent that one van wouldn't be enough, and so they had to send a second van and driver and charged me an additional 1450 on top of the original quote. This made them more expensive than other quotes we'd had. Which was a real shame as the guys that did the removals were fantastic - it wasn't the easiest move at either end, access-wise, and they didn't complain at all, just got on with it and were really nice and polite and friendly. But sadly I wouldn't recommend Fast Interior because you can't trust their quotes.

    They were 2 hours late on moving day (booked for 1pm and arrived at 3pm). Someone on the phone said the van had had a flat tyre but the movers didn't mention this when they arrived. The moving van was also too small for all of my furniture and belongings. The customer service rep on the phone had not asked me about moving boxes so I assumed they would have included this as a standard but they only had all my furniture on the inventory. Surely everyone at least has some boxes and they would confirm this when organising the bookings. The movers were very good once they arrived but I had to go back in a Zipvan the day after to pick up the rest of my belongings.

    Friendly, and without a doubt fast, but not everything was handled as carefully as I'd have liked. A few large items of furniture picked up scratches, and umbrella was broken and a mattress bent (how?). And our bed was put in a dirty bush outside our flat whilst waiting to be loaded onto the vans :\

    Fast interior Removals team arrived promptly, worked efficiently, were courteous and helpful. Really great, reliable services. Easy to book and kept informed of all stages of delivery to new house. Great service Items picked up as scheduled and delivered. They pack and load and deliver next day which was great, time saving for travel and received the delivery next day morning. We will be happy to say good company they make move easy and stress free. We will recommend this company if you are looking for reasonable price and great service.

    Think the amount of stuff to be moved was originally underestimated, Made moving day bit more stressfull

    Hi Kirsty, Thank you for your feedback based on the information you provide, we provide right size of truck for your move and we load up the truck by 12:00pm lunch time. Regarding the stressful move day, it was out of our control you don' t have the keys for the new house, so we wait until 5:40pm and when you get the keys we unload the goods. We wait for your keys around 5:40 minutes.

    Looked like a professional team on paper. Turned out to be a bit of a shambles. Wouldna??t actually recommend or ever use them again. Despite miscalulatig the van space required and causing a delay in departure there was no courtesy call to say sorry but was everything ok in the end etc.. there are better companies out there for sure.

    We are sure we called him and discussed with him about the extra van request. Based on the information he provided we quoted the size of truck, last minute request change the mind and want to move extra items from property and want to have a second van within one hour, which we did arranged and he did not pay us for second van. We did hard work and he did not pay the second van charges which cost us 120-mile fuel cost driver wages and van cost.

    We were very pleased with the service received from Fast Interior Removals. Our Move Manager provided all the support we needed and answered our questions. The team on the day were very efficient, they had cleared the house of furniture and loaded up the van in around 2 hours and a half. The removal men were very helpful. They took apart my table because they couldn't get it in the door and then they reassembled the table for us when they had got it in our house. Sam in their office was attentive and provided all the answers to my questions and was very friendly. David and peter were early to arrive and carried out the loading quickly and safely and were pleasant lads. I am totally satisfied with the service I got from Fast Interior Removals ltd, I will recommend this company.

    The team themselves were very friendly and efficient.
    However when we went back to the property to following the removal, there was damage to a door and there was litter from the removal men left in the house. They also missed a lot of items in the house that we had to pick up ourselves.

    I cannot fault the guys who were doing the moving for their enthusiasm and being great people, but perhaps it needed a bit more time to assess whether they had done everything and they did not tell me about the damage, but left it for me to find.

    Stressful, very unprofessional at times, complaining even though I have helped packing quite a lot myself.

    We moved her over two days with full packing service and moving service, we packed 3-bedrooms house one day and moved her next day. She agreed with us she will pack some of her personal cloths etc.. herself, which she packed and the rest all we packed and moved. We could have packed a few more boxes for her but she decided to pack herself which was her choice to pack some personal items.

    Absolutely terrible service!! Arrived nearly 2 hours late then took 5.5 hours to pack up my small one bedroom flat which I had boxed everything up. Kept having cigarette breaks. Tried to charge me a extra A?50 because I was moving bank holiday (I moved the Friday before bank holiday). Totally lied to and sent two very incompetent removal guys.
    How they have good ratings on Check a Trader is beyond me. Avoid at all costs!!!

    We moved her on bank holiday we arrived on time, she booked only partial packing service with us. When we arrived only few boxes packed by herself, because she doesn't have any boxes to pack the content. Last minute she asked to help with packing service. Our team explained her if you need packing service & more packing boxes this may cost you extra A?50.00 but she refused to pay. We moved her on bank holiday with pack the move without any extra charge.

    A complete nightmare! I payed a bit extra to book for a day so that time would not be an issue. They turned up and immediately I knew there were going to be problems, they refused to take anything that was not in a box, so tried to sell me boxes I did not need. After heated discussion they finally got on with it, got to the house to move in and there was a delay because funds had not yet gone through so we had to wait around for a while, they were moaning saying this was unusual and had another job to go to soon. They said I had not booked for the day. When it came to pay they tried to charge me 100 more than it should be as they did not know I had already payed the 100 deposit. I could go on but avoid them, I have moved 13 times and have never experienced such dreadful customer service or paid so much :(

    We moved her from tadworth, to tadworth. She booked with us just removal service, when our team arrived some of the fragile items were not packed in boxes. We explained her to pack these items in boxes but she said i don't have boxes to pack them, we offer her boxes for packing but she refused to pay for the boxes, even we help her to pack her all fragile items with bubble wrap without any extra charges. We wait for her four hours to get the keys to move into new property, we haven't charge her anything extra just dispute about deposit which she paid early, when our team confirm from office then all done without any extra charges.
